Track 4 from my 2004 CD The Beat and the Buzz. This song was inspired by the sounds coming from my backyard in the summer.
2. Out of Print Pt 3
The 3rd section of a dance piece I wrote in 2010. The vocal stuff is public domain readers of the classics samples. The percussion is samples of books being dropped. While this is playing, The dancers are building a bridge out of books & crossing the stage on it. Commissioned by Susan Eldridge & Agnes Scott College and it titled "Out of Print"

2. Whir
Taped electro-acoustic score for choreography by Susan Eldridge. The score uses talking drum, congas, bass drum, cowbells, Chinese opera gongs, wind chimes, voice and marimba. All were processed through multiple effects & synthesizers were added. The score was commissioned by the Emory University Dance Department.credits released 17 November 2004

This is from a series of percussion duets that I created as a part of Atlanta's Art on the Beltline series in the summer of 2010. This was Week three of a five week series and performed under the bridge at Monroe Drive & Virginia Ave. It was recorded on June 26, 2010.
VIDEO TWO
Klimchak performs his composition "The Indeterminate Pitch Tango" at R3v3rb in Greenville S.C. The instruments are a Don Buchla Marimba Lumina and a Moog Theremin. All music is played live with no sequences or loops.
